StackWise Support

StackWise is a live poker training app for $1/$2 and $2/$5 No-Limit Texas Hold'em players. If you have a question, run into a bug, or have feedback, you're in the right place.

Email us: support@stackwiseapp.link

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Subscription & Billing

StackWise offers a 7-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap StackWise, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on the web.

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

If you previously subscribed and reinstalled the app or got a new device, open StackWise, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen, and sign in with the same Apple ID you originally subscribed with. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by StackWise. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. Apple will review and respond directly.

Bug reports & feedback

Found a bug? Have a feature request? Want to suggest a new training drill? Email support@stackwiseapp.link with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, and your iOS version if relevant. Screenshots help.

Is StackWise gambling?

No. StackWise is an educational training app. It does not offer real-money play, wagering, virtual chip purchases, or any contest with prizes. The app teaches poker strategy through quizzes, flashcards, hand-recall drills, and reference tools — the same way a chess training app teaches chess.
